Responsibilities

Conduct strategic and financial analyses to inform decision-making on key business deals

Develop and present detailed business cases and financial analyses to senior leadership

Facilitate and coordinate phases of deal execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external advisors

Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards

Evaluate global cloud capacity trends, sovereign AI priorities, and emerging AI compute investment programs

Maintain relationships with infrastructure investors, global financial sponsors, policy stakeholders, and cloud innovators

Represent AMD in select external discussions, bid processes, and high-level partnership engagements
