The Solution Delivery Implementation Consultant will collaborate with clients to configure software solutions, perform system builds, and enhance solution functionality across various environments while maintaining client relationships and managing project risks.

Responsibilities

Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology

Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments

Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies

Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership

Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues

Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows

Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives

Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology

Ability to work in office at Netsmart's headquarters in Overland Park, KS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Expected Graduation Date of December 2025 or May 2026

At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred

Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions

Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)
