This role will oversee the BlackLine administration function and team, ensuring seamless integration with SAP processes and strong governance.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and oversight of the BlackLine administration team, including day-to-day system governance

Own all aspects of the BlackLine system, including security, data management, controls, reporting, and system configuration

Lead BlackLine optimization and implementation efforts, including design, validation, cross-functional coordination, and post go-live support

Partner closely with the SAP implementation team to ensure alignment between BlackLine and SAP processes

Serve as the primary liaison with the BlackLine account manager, maintaining a strong vendor partnership

Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to accounting leadership and executive stakeholders

Manage BlackLine system budgeting, cost monitoring, chargebacks, and related invoice processing

Collaborate with accounting, finance, IT, and other teams on transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Deep expertise in BlackLine administration and leadership

Proven experience leading BlackLine implementations and/or major optimization initiatives

Experience partnering with ERP implementation teams (SAP experience strongly preferred)

Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and ownership

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, examination, and reporting capabilities

Adaptable, flexible problem-solver who can approach challenges from multiple perspectives

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
