Responsibilities
Program complex control sequences using ladder logic and Structured Text (ST). You will manipulate data via Modbus interfaces and hard/soft I/O to create seamless automation solutions
Lead the setup of test hardware (PLC, HMI/OIT, DAS) and use MODBUS simulators to perform rigorous QA validation before deployment
Act as a technical consultant for Project Engineering, Operations, and Field Service to ensure seamless project execution
Travel to customer sites (10%–25%) to lead installations, perform final testing, and provide high-level troubleshooting to ensure total customer satisfaction
Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of project iterations and field adjustments
Qualification
Required
A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or specialized certifications from Allen-Bradley or Siemens
2+ years of hands-on experience with Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 and Allen-Bradley platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
Proven ability to troubleshoot HMI integration and PLC logic in real-world environments
Strong English verbal and written skills for technical reporting and customer-facing interactions
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for field assignments
