Responsibilities
Execute fiber-centric site surveys and pre-install assessments
Install, route, terminate, and validate MDU fiber infrastructure, including exterior and interior pathways, building terminals and enclosures, and unit drops
Ensure installations meet long-term infrastructure standards, not short-term fixes
Support structured cabling and related low-voltage work where it directly supports fiber delivery
Maintain clean, labeled, professional installations
Communicate clearly with internal project leadership
Accurately document work and close scopes responsibly
Represent Jiggsa and our clients professionally on every site
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on fiber experience — this is the core requirement
Understanding of fiber routing, terminations, and testing
Experience working in MDU environments
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Personal accountability — you own your work and outcomes
Reliability, professionalism, and discipline
