Lead the validation and testing of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare and validate load files for payroll conversions and testing activities
Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring smooth payroll processing
Create and maintain standard operating procedures related to payroll operations
Collaborate with various stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of operational experience with ADP Global View or similar payroll systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with time and attendance systems, including leave of absence processes
Experience in auditing payroll inputs and outputs for discrepancies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payroll processing
