Serve as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care
Support nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered
Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing coverage
Act as family liaison
Qualification
Required
Must have RN/LPN license in good standing in Illinois
4-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field
Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
Strong computer skills are essential
Preferred
Long term care experience preferred
BSN preferred
