Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand creative concepts
Lead the visual execution of advertising across digital, social, and broadcast media
Oversee and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality output
Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clients
Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices
Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in art direction or design in an agency or creative environment
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and diverse high-quality design work across media
Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly
Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
Attention to detail, a love of craft
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape
Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details
