Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with beverage, ice, and hot equipment installations
Help with preventive maintenance (PMs) under supervision
Stage tools, equipment, and materials on jobsites
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Learn system components, basic electrical concepts, and sanitation standards
Use company systems for job documentation (training provided)
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Comfortable working in customer environments
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and use hand tools throughout the day
Willingness to travel and work field rotations as scheduled
