Business Development Manager – Plumbing
Crete United is a trusted commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area, and they are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new plumbing construction revenue. The role focuses on building new relationships, developing a project pipeline, and partnering closely with operations to deliver profitable plumbing work.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new plumbing project opportunities
Target general contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial construction
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close
Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects
Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth
Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities
Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete United at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in plumbing, MEP, or subcontractor business development
Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project construction
Strong understanding of plumbing scopes, estimating coordination, and construction sales cycles
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close profitable plumbing work
Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills
CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver metro area
