Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of a global MES implementation program including the management of scope, budget and timeline
Develop and execute detailed project plans for multi-phase deployment
Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, supply chain, and finance
Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies to manage complex projects
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across manufacturing systems
Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership
International and domestic travel required up to 25%
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project/program management experience and proven success managing large-scale, multi-site software implementation or technology projects
Strong knowledge of IT Operations, SDLC and Project Governance Frameworks
PMP certification; Agile and Six Sigma certifications preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Strong knowledge of execution software such as MES preferred
Experience in regulated industries (medical device preferred)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Design
