Responsibilities

Identify and deliver important opportunities in forecasting, buying, demand planning, product availability, and inventory health management
Monitor, analyze, own, and improve key performance indicators such as: out of stock rates, purchase order confirmation rates, inbound lead times, and inventory health metrics
Present insights, themes, and trends to senior leadership
Analyze production, delivery lead-times, and operational excellence inputs
Identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution and driving continuous improvement
Manage strategic vendor relationships to continuously streamline their supply chains to ensure to have the right products in the right quantities in the right place at the right time

Required

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in management consulting, technical management, or business analytics
In the alternative, a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in management consulting, technical management, or business analytics
2 years of business analytics experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Technology, or related environment/operations
2 years of experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, or logistics
1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives
