Responsibilities
Engage daily with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer requirements and ensure mission alignment
Communicate effectively across work centers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational challenges
Support the development and refinement of systems and data collection processes to meet evolving customer goals
Analyze operational inputs and outputs to guide execution toward desired outcomes
Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to solve demanding real-world problems in support of national defense
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in planning sessions, briefings, and reviews to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic objectives
Maintain situational awareness of system performance and provide timely recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in systems analysis, operations support, or related technical disciplines
Familiarity with DoD environments and mission-focused operations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams
Experience with data analysis, process modeling, and systems documentation
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
Understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management
Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
