Responsibilities

You will work with tangible personal property, life insurance and closely held business having knowledge of contracts, leases, title instruments, and other legal documents
You will review financial performance, governing documents and ensure accuracy
You will work closely with Trust Officers, vendors and subject matter experts to review, value and gather data
You will be responsible for providing expertise in new and existing business related to specialty assets
You will have knowledge and provide guidance on fiduciary practices and responsibilities
You will perform some administrative duties for Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts

Required

Bachelor's Degree
6 - 8 years of related experience or 10 – 11 years equivalent work experience
Knowledge of contracts, leases, title instruments, and other legal documents
Ability to review financial performance and governing documents
Experience working closely with Trust Officers, vendors, and subject matter experts
Expertise in new and existing business related to specialty assets
Knowledge and guidance on fiduciary practices and responsibilities
Ability to perform administrative duties for Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
