The role involves handling technical product inquiries, delivering technical solutions, and providing support and training to both the Danfoss team and customers.

Responsibilities
Act as a technical consultant for system application engineers (SAE), account managers (AM), and sales development managers (SDM) to provide our customers with the best possible solution for their machines
Take ownership of sales requests, coordinate with other departments to determine feasibility and communicate feedback to sales teams or customer
Plan and implement product trainings for our sales teams and customers
Develop customer notifications for product changes
Engage with engineering and the digital customer experience team to bring technical information and literature to life by creating the foundation for an interactive, easy-to-use platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering
3-5 years of experience in engineering, technical sales or manufacturing
English (written and spoken)
Preferred
Technical experience in the hydraulics industry or, more specifically, applying Low Speed High Torque motors
Experience working with SAP, Teamcenter and Salesforce
Spanish (written and spoken)
