Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions for complex electronics hardware, ensuring high quality and efficiency
Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and program management teams to bring cutting-edge products from concept to reality
Utilize your problem-solving skills to think outside the box and address manufacturing challenges with creative and effective solutions
Support the entire product lifecycle, from prototype development through to full-scale production, ensuring seamless transitions and robust product performance
Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through data-driven analysis and lean manufacturing principles
Foster a culture of innovation by spearheading process optimization initiatives and adopting state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
7+ years of experience in Manufacturing or an Operations role
Proven experience writing technical work plans
Strong knowledge of space flight and/or micro-electronics hardware manufacturing processes and industry standards
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
US Citizenship Required
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to foster a collaborative work environment, influence others and act as a change agent
Experience with Solumina MES
Knowledge of Agile Product Data Management (PDM) system
