Administrative Manager
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Administrative Manager to join their team in Merrimack County. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, including office support, paperwork preparation, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
Provide office support for all aspects of the Merrimack County Program
Function as the office receptionist
Prepare weekly paperwork and payroll processing
Maintain confidential participant and personnel records
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview
Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in an administrative role
Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
Preferred
Associates degree is highly preferred
Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus
Flexible schedule, some evenings and weekends may be required
