They are seeking a Tax Senior Manager for their Personal Tax Advisory Group, responsible for managing client relationships and tax engagements for high net worth individuals and business owners, while ensuring timely completion of deliverables and supervising staff.

Managing client relationships and tax engagements for high net worth individuals and business owners
Assuring timely completion of client deliverables
Supervising managers and senior staff
Handling larger and more complex client assignments in the Individual Tax specialty area
Qualification
Required
Have CPA
Have minimum 10 years' related experience; advanced degree preferred
Possess leadership skills to manage and mentor teams
Provide timely client service and be responsive to client expectations
Possess a working knowledge of flow-through entity taxation rules
Be experienced in tax research
Be engaged in business development activities
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Have working knowledge of tax preparation and tax planning software as well as Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of operating systems
Preferred
Experience in International Tax Planning and Compliance for individuals is preferred
