Optimize and improve reliability of cameras, detectors, night time illuminators, cell network connectivity, and solar power generation
Develop circuit schematics, PCBs, housing, and cabling solutions for new hardware
Improve the assembly process through design iterations and updates to CAD models
Write the code on device to accept new sensors and make small changes on the servers to accept their data
R&D for new hardware integrations for improved device capability or performance
Qualification
Required
Use basics of electrical engineering (with some mechanical and software engineering)
Optimize and improve reliability of cameras, detectors, night time illuminators, cell network connectivity, and solar power generation
Develop circuit schematics, PCBs, housing, and cabling solutions for new hardware
Improve the assembly process through design iterations and updates to CAD models
Write the code on device to accept new sensors and make small changes on the servers to accept their data
R&D for new hardware integrations for improved device capability or performance
3+ years experience building circuits, IoT devices, writing code, playing with CAD, etc
Code really well. Which language you are most proficient is not important, as long as you learn fast. We mostly use Python and Typescript
Have incredible eye for detail
Takes ownership of projects and puts in the necessary time to meet deadlines
Excel at solving hard problems and take full ownership
