Responsibilities
Coordinate Engineering and Quality documentation and audits
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and quality metrics
Analyze performance data and provide actionable reports
Support CRM and ERP analytics and reporting
Implement data quality controls and maintain data dictionaries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability
Provide executive-level presentations and recommendations
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Quality Management, or related experience
5+ years of experience in data/business analysis roles within a manufacturing environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)
Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data visualization and integration
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
