Responsibilities
Build and scale cloud infrastructure supporting Regard’s product platform
Own delivery of small to medium infrastructure projects; partner with senior engineers on larger, more complex initiatives
Build and maintain infrastructure as code for provisioning services and environments
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
Support customer infrastructure deployments and integrations
Improve infrastructure code quality through proactive fixes, refactoring, and technical debt reduction
Participate in operational support, monitoring, incident response, and on-call rotations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience building and maintaining infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar
Experience deploying and operating containerized workloads using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, or EKS
Experience working with cloud infrastructure in a production environment
Proficiency with Linux-based systems and scripting
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for owned infrastructure and services
Preferred
Exposure to startup and/or high growth environments
Experience with AWS services (serverless, etc), and OpenAI services
Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
