They are seeking a Program Director for their Adult Residential Treatment Center to manage overall operations and ensure the mental health and wellbeing of clients. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies, and ensuring effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensuring your program’s mission and services are carried out effectively and efficiently
Maintaining compliance with government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations
Supervising program staff and identifying training needs based on trends and developments in client care
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and 5 years of experience
Associate degree and 4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
A driver's license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
Requires on-call flexibility
Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification required within 1 year of hire
Preferred
1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
