Partner with Manager of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources team and business leaders to identify and develop a robust, diverse talent pipeline

Maintain an enterprise pulse on North American talent needs

Assist in the development of a strategy spanning from talent needs identification, community/employee engagement, recruitment and onboarding

Drive the employee experience through the first 90-days
