Responsibilities

Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Communications and Operations across the US and Europe
Source proactively and creatively, tapping into diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on role design, organisational needs, and hiring prioritisation
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our brand
Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes

Required

8+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments
Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations
Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent
Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments
Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy

Preferred

Background supporting multiple G&A verticals or prior experience as an in-house generalist Recruiter
Passion for healthcare, mission-driven work, or tech-enabled services
Experience hiring across both Europe and the US
