The Applied AI Solutions Finance team in AWS seeks a Finance Manager to support their new Decisioning & Planning agentic solutions business, driving strategy and financial modeling for new solution offerings.

Responsibilities
Leading and influencing strategic financial decisions to drive long-term growth and profitability including evaluating pricing strategies and investments in new services and features
Full P&L ownership of all services and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to assess financial implications of initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and improve free cash flow
Influencing private pricing structures to enable top line growth while ensuring controllership and margin protection
Managing projects that significantly impact the business including partnering with engineering teams to identify and implement infrastructure cost optimizations
Leading the OP1/OP2 and R&O planning processes including continuously evolving the forecasting approach to align with changing business needs and clearly presenting business drivers and narratives to senior leadership
Contribute with deep-dive analyses and insights in Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews
Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Preferred
Master's degree, or MBA in finance, accounting or related field
Demonstrated ability to develop and present analyses and insights to senior management
Experience in implementing financial reporting and scalable processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning and the presentation of alternatives
Strong Passion for complex problem solving
