Responsibilities

Be responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs, from initiation through delivery, in support of business unit process and administrative efficiency

Participate cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy

Exercise independent judgement in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results

Create large, complex reports in support of behavioral health focused workgroups and committees

Support the facilitation of behavioral health focused workgroups and committees

Identify suboptimal behavioral health performance and participate in performance improvement tracking

Partner with behavioral health stakeholders across the organization in support of timely and accurate report development

Fulfill additional assigned duties as directed

Required

Requires a college degree or equivalent experience

Requires 3 years of prior relevant experience in managed care/behavioral health operations

Ability to transfer data into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization and presentation techniques

Strong understanding of fundamental reporting concepts, including creating and interpreting line charts, bar charts, and pivot tables

Strong ethics and integrity

Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting
