Responsibilities

Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve discrepancies
Support data cleansing, transformation, and integration activities
Execute testing and quality assurance for data processes and software deliverables
Assist in designing, developing, and troubleshooting software solutions
Write and maintain scripts or queries using SQL, Python, or similar languages
Collaborate on implementing engineering best practices and technical documentation
Support debugging and issue resolution during project execution
Gather and analyze business requirements to align technical solutions with objectives
Interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Basic understanding of data management principles and best practices
Basic understanding of software development methodologies and programming fundamentals
Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and data visualization tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases
Ability to write basic SQL or similar queries
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in data management, software development, or business analysis
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and visualization platforms
Relevant certifications in data management, programming, or business analysis
