Sales Operations Coordinator
Fresh From Texas is the largest fresh-cut fruit and vegetable processor in South Texas, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers. The Sales Operations Coordinator I plays a crucial role in managing the flow of information and goods, engaging with customers for order processing and supporting supply chain operations to meet delivery requirements.

Responsibilities
Interacts daily with customers regarding orders, order modifications, and price discrepancies. Ensures customer is aware if any order is not shipped in full and on time
Processes incoming purchase orders from customers, confirms delivery dates and secures outbound delivery appointments for each customer based on guidance provided by Shipping
Generates the daily production schedule based on customer orders to assist warehouse, production, purchasing and logistics
Creates delivery appointments and BOL’s for outbound Shipping and reconciles orders, trucks, and deliveries prior to truck departures. Communicates delivery status to customers
Reconciles delivery discrepancies and creates final invoices for billing
Logs information into Smartsheets, Excel and other reporting tools for data tracking purposes for Production, Warehouse, Shipping, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Purchasing, etc
Proficient in company’s ERP system to upload/maintain sales orders, assist production and warehouse with work order needs, create transfer orders, complete invoicing, amongst other ERP-related tasks
You will work a rotating schedule each week. We generally keep the shifts the same during any given week, but week over week, you will be rotating from opening shift to mid shift to closing shift. Working Saturdays is required – also on a rotating schedule. For example, you would work 7am to 4pm one week, then the next week 12pm to 9pm (soon to be 2pm to 11pm). Working weekends is required
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient communication skills, both verbally and written
Experience and understanding of supply chain software similar to SAP, or ability to learn new ERP system
Preferred
Experience in food manufacturing, supply chain, production, or fast-paced administrative role
