Responsibilities

Lead the development and coordination of materials for presentation to senior management and the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee (CLDC) of the Board of Directors
Oversee the design, implementation and administration of the S&P Global Mobility Stock Incentive Plan
Coordinate and provide information in support of Proxy filings, including the CD&A and Compensation Tables, requests to third parties for data, and responses from internal departments
Oversee the design, implementation and administration of the S&P Global Mobility healthcare, wellbeing, and recognition programs globally
Build and develop a global team of Rewards professionals
Identify and negotiate with vendors and ensure we have best in class service

Required

10+ years developing and managing compensation and benefits programs
Experience managing executive compensation programs
Experience presenting to senior management, including Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or other related field
Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve strategic goals
Strong track record of leading and developing successful teams in a global and multicultural environment
Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
Strong judgment, problem-solving, negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
