Administrative Assistant - Alabama Connections Academy
Oregon Connections Academy is a tuition-free, online public school serving students in grades K–12 across Alabama. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for records keeping and daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, assisting the Principal and teachers, and managing files.

Responsibilities
Entering data into the online student information system
Uploading / Downloading files from various data platforms
Generating reports, creating spreadsheets and pivot tables
Answering the phones
Scheduling appointments
Speak with Parents and Students
Assist school Principal with a wide variety of daily responsibilities; and
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High Level Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications is essential
Experience with uploading of documents between multiple information platforms
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Customer focused approach
High degree of flexibility
Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environment
Must be able to use a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication
Preferred
Data analysis experience preferred
