Engineering Manager, Pressure & Temperature Calibration

The Engineering Manager for Pressure & Temperature Calibration is responsible for the end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management of calibration products, leading engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs and business strategies.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for pressure and temperature calibration products, from concept through sustaining
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-quality products
Define and validate system architectures, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance requirements are met
Partner with Product Management and customers to define clear, actionable product and system requirements
Lead technical feasibility reviews, design reviews, and risk mitigation activities
Drive strong systems engineering practices across requirements, integration, verification, and lifecycle processes
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends to ensure strong business impact
Guide continuous improvement of development processes, documentation, and design rigor
Support innovation, early-stage exploration, and identification of IP and standards opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
10+ years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or calibration-related engineering
Proven experience leading products across the full lifecycle
Solid understanding of systems engineering methodologies and best practices
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred
Expertise in pressure or temperature calibration, sensing technologies or metrology is a plus
