Analyze and present insights related to pricing, labor, cost management, and guest experience
Build dashboards, heat maps, and custom reports to support decision-making
Collaborate with operators and partners to understand business needs
Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance
Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a client-facing role
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
