Responsibilities
Support quarterly guidance, annual budget, and long-term modelling processes in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting
Consolidate global revenue forecasts and results, incorporating commentary from regional teams and xScale FP&A
Track and report progress throughout planning cycles
Drive executive-level reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making, including Guidance & Annual Budget deck, WD10 revenue and quarterly updates for CRT leadership
Deliver monthly and quarterly flux and flash reporting to Corporate FP&A and CRT leadership
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide timely, actionable insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives
Challenge regional assumptions and share global insights to improve accuracy and consistency
Build strong partnerships with the VP of CR Finance, Regional Finance teams, Commercial Finance, Corporate FP&A, and business leaders to gather inputs, communicate results & ranges, resolve issues, and enhance processes
Deliver clear, concise presentations of multiple financial scenarios and outcomes, tailored for senior leadership decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity
Support automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve reporting accuracy
Champion best practices in financial modelling and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational or tech-driven environment
Proven expertise in management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Agile mindset with a high say-do ratio, creative thinking, and results orientation
Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
