Responsibilities
Supervise and direct a team of production quality employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution
Drive build plans and implement changes to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance
Foster a culture of First Time Right (FTR) and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention
Ensure that employees maintain required certifications for specialized tasks
Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing any unsafe conditions promptly
Enforce compliance with Core processes and program-specific procedures
Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and technical competencies
Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to address skill gaps, training needs, and employee engagement
