Responsibilities

Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Tesla product line
Lead the execution of builds to meet rate and quality needs for Semi production
Provide feedback to Tesla design and engineering teams directly to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products
Subject matter expert for repair, technical publications, and issue rectification
Work directly with the Team leader or Supervisor on problem solving issues, escalating design and manufacturing concerns and assist on implementation of countermeasures to improve final quality
Diagnose problems quickly, find solutions through root-cause analysis, and be empowered to take immediate action – including appropriate escalation of engineering-related concerns
Responsible for documenting MRB and keeping the area of responsibility clean

Required

2+ years' experience in EOL/NCM diagnosis and repairs with evidence of exceptional ability
Experience working on engineering builds/through NPI trials
Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators and business metrics
Microsoft Office skills
