The Equity & Inclusion Intern will support the Equity and Inclusion team in preparing for key initiatives and professional development programs, gaining hands-on experience in DEI-focused project work.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing materials and logistics for upcoming professional development sessions and equity initiatives
Create and compile handouts, guides, and other materials to support school-year programs
Help track program participation, engagement, and other details to support the team’s ongoing initiatives
Assist with scheduling, communications, and other prep work to ensure smooth execution of school-year initiatives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (at least 1 year completed.)
Preferred
Ability to manage short and long term projects to meet benchmarks
Works independent with input
Familiarity with google suite
