Lead program governance: phase-gate reviews, exec readouts, decision logs, and clear escalation paths
Run end-to-end risk management: FMEA-driven mitigation plans, reliability strategy, test coverage, and validation sign-offs
Partner with Operations to deliver DV/PV plans, reliability testing, and field issue triage
Lead engagement with contract manufacturers and key suppliers: readiness plans, tooling milestones, build planning, yield tracking, and issue resolution
Drive DFM/DFT outcomes and manufacturing ramp metrics (first-pass yield, top defects, throughput constraints)
Manage BOM/COGS targets, tradeoff decisions, and cost-down roadmaps with Engineering + Ops
Ensure launch readiness across packaging, labeling, regulatory, serviceability, and sustaining plans
Build operating rhythm that scales: templates, dashboards, meeting hygiene, and continuous improvement that reduces surprises
