Modernize our pack-testing operations
Develop LabVIEW/NI TestStand software for end-of-line electrical and leak testers
Champion new technologies that boost safety, ergonomics, and throughput
Lead process improvements
Analyze test data
Drive equipment run-offs at domestic and international plants
Collaborate with Product Development and our joint-venture partner to maximize investment efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Some battery-test experience
Deep LabVIEW/TestStand expertise
Data-driven mindset for troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Project-management skills
Knowledge of Hi-Pot/IR/OCV methods
Mechanical or controls aptitude
