Responsibilities
Own the Platform Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for our radiologist-facing diagnostic interpretations platform. This includes the tools that the radiologist uses when creating radiology reports (Image Viewing, Worklist Management, Report Dictation)
Translate Needs into Requirements: Work closely with internal engineering teams, radiologists, support staff, and integration partners to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications
Prioritize for Impact: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, bug fixes, and technical debt to ensure we're building a scalable, reliable, and secure platform
Drive Execution: Collaborate daily with engineering, support, and integrations teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality platform enhancements on time
Define and Analyze Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform stability, performance, and scalability. Use data to make informed product decisions and report on progress to stakeholders
Be the Technical Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for interpretations platform and the radiologist’s workflow within it
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on healthcare software/platform products
Demonstrated experience in an agile/scrum development environment, with a strong ability to write clear requirements and manage a backlog
Technical Acumen: You are comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, data models, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with engineers
Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proven track record of breaking down complex problems and driving to elegant solutions
Experience in Healthcare Technology: Particularly with standards like DICOM, HL7, and concepts like PACS or VNA
