Responsibilities

Build strong customer partnerships by understanding their goals and ensuring meaningful value from Adobe solutions
Lead successful adoption of Document Cloud products, helping customers achieve their key outcomes
Collaborate with Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive account health
Develop deep expertise across the Document Cloud suite and serve as a trusted product advisor
Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations and narratives that resonate with customers
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Support, and others to ensure smooth launches and strong adoption
Own the customer journey across adoption, expansion, and retention
Gather insights, identify trends, and share recommendations with product teams to drive innovation
Manage low-touch accounts through scalable programs and digital engagement motions

Required

5+ years of experience in sales or customer success, ideally in technology and with Document Cloud products
Strong track record of resolving complex customer challenges and getting results
Demonstrated success meeting sales or success targets
Trusted advisor attitude with experience identifying business value and expansion opportunities
Self-starter with a collaborative, proactive approach
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Resourceful: Effective at prioritizing, multitasking, and navigating fast-paced environments
Communicative: Strong storyteller with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Influential: Skilled at building relationships, managing complex organizations, and driving collaboration
Engaging: Confident leading executive-level conversations and facilitating impactful meetings
Flexible: Willing to travel up to 50% to engage with customers in person
