Senior Practice Specialist, Data Insights and Forensics
Kroll is a global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Practice Specialist to support the operational needs of their Corporate Legal Solutions team. This role involves overseeing operational processes, coordinating legal reviews, managing client setups, and developing financial metrics to drive efficiency and achieve results.

Responsibilities
Oversee operational processes across ~120 active CLS codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate legal reviews for MSAs, SOWs, and engagement documents
Partner with RFP team on client assessments, infosec questionnaires, and inquiries
Manage client and engagement setup, including code creation, task/resource allocation, and subcontractor onboarding
Develop and maintain financial metrics; monitor budgets, fees, and monthly invoicing
Collaborate with PMs, MDs, and clients on AR management and collection efforts to maintain clean books
Process monthly gains/losses and support pre-close/final close activities
Assist with resource scheduling and revenue forecasting; monitor time submissions for accuracy and timeliness
Generate and review reports on time submissions and weekly revenue; request monthly invoices from finance
Qualification
Required

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed skills in MS Office, including Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Prior experience at a professional services firm
