Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for their 2026 Customer Experience/UX Summer Internship Program at their Store Support Center in Brentwood, TN. This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on UX skills and contribute to user-centered design initiatives while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer-facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist with user research activities, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to help identify user needs and pain points

Create and maintain assets and prototypes

Support the UX design process from discovery through delivery, applying human-computer interaction principles and user-centered design best practices

Document design decisions, research findings, and usability insights to support team alignment and knowledge sharing

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional partners to translate user needs into effective design solutions

Participate in design critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions, incorporating input into iterative design improvements

Help maintain consistency across interfaces by adhering to established design systems, components, and accessibility standards

Assist in ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with business and customer experience goals

Support ongoing UX initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of customer-facing and internal digital experience
