The Business Development Manager for Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems will be responsible for sales development, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer relationships within the composites value chain.

Responsibilities
Accountable for identifying new opportunities, driving development and converting pipeline opportunities to Sales for composite applications
Manage the sales proposals, follow up on leads and drive successful outcomes
Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
Maintain and develop customer base and manage via Salesforce
Responsible for understanding the ‘value in use’ of this unique resin system and setting appropriate pricing strategies
On an annual basis develop account plans and set strategic direction
Attend conferences and trade shows relating to composite applications
Conduct monthly reviews to monitor the progress of the outstanding proposals, inquires and new customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years in the composites' industry value chain either in resin/fiber sales to converters, or composite part sales development to end users
Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, the successful candidate will be technically and commercially proficient in composites products and applications
Strong, existing network of value chain contacts/relationships an advantage
