Responsibilities

Evaluate the Americas value chain for automotive structural parts made from composite materials
Identify, initiate, and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier suppliers in U.S./Canada/Mexico
Manage customer relationships, programs, and activities to drive successful product adoption
Validate and communicate the unique value proposition of Proxxima™ resin
Identify and anticipate unmet customer needs and emerging trends
Collect and analyze market and competitive intelligence
Build and maintain a strong ecosystem of supply chain and industry partners
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and consortiums

Required

5+ years experience in automotive composites
Proven experience in introducing composite materials to the automotive value chain
Demonstrated ability to build and manage ecosystems of cross-industry partners
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and market growth
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to support global collaboration
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly
Comfortable leading discussions on both technical and commercial topics
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as SMC, RTM, or Filament Winding
