Retirement Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Responsible for internal sales activities for Full-Service Accumulation
Educate and consult with advisors and third-party administrators on successful methods of prospecting, marketing, and selling retirement plans
Develop excellent relationships with advisors and third-party administrators
Evaluate and price prospective business to ensure profitability and suitability to client needs
Prepare advisors to deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant job experience
Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63) within 5 months of employment
Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained within 4 months of employment
Outstanding oral and written communication, training, and presentation skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and mathematical calculation skills
Self-starter - Work independently with little direction
Excellent Teammate
Preferred
Knowledge of retirement plans designs and regulations, retail, and institutional investment products, etc… is preferred
Previous experience working in a sales capacity is highly desired
