Responsibilities

Own a named list of AmLaw 151+ law firm accounts, managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Lead tailored product demos and stakeholder meetings that connect firm-level pain points to practical business outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with legal buyers and influencers, including innovation leaders, knowledge management, IT, and practice group stakeholders
Navigate moderately complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with support from sales leadership as needed
Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support long-term account growth

Required

2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment
Experience selling into mid-market or lower-enterprise customers, ideally with exposure to professional services or regulated industries
Strong consultative selling skills—able to diagnose customer needs, tailor messaging, and articulate ROI
Ability to navigate unstructured segments and accurately identify the key stakeholders within each organization
Experience managing multi-threaded deals, typically involving leadership at all levels
High proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals in parallel
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
