Responsibilities

Lead a scrum team as area product owner, building the data platform for client reporting in Asset Management

Own backlog, requirements, and delivery, ensuring continuous planning for the scrum team

Mentor and develop data analysts, fostering a high-performing and continuously learning team

Analyze financial data requirements and reporting functions across global asset management products

Document data sources, domains, and map current to target state data lineage

Collaborate with Product Managers and Technologists to saturate the data mesh (Snowflake) with client-ready data

Develop data governance processes, data quality rules, and scalable data architectures to support business goals
