Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Certification in data analytics or HR analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences through strong data storytelling abilities
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration
Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, metrics and talent lifecycle
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Python, or R
Familiarity with survey tools and statistical analysis of engagement data
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Psychology or related field
Experience in machine learning or predictive modeling within an HR context
Experience with Workday and Workday Reporting and Analytics tools
