Customer Service Rep./Dealer (Located in Livermore in Northern, CA)
Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Floor Service Representative to join their team and enhance guest experiences. The role involves leading employees on the casino floor, ensuring fair dealer rotations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Lead employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations
Enforce established on table policies and procedures
Demonstrate exemplary customer service to guests
Establish and change betting limits to maximize on table game revenue
Understand when and why to open tables
Learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and procedures
Maintain the integrity of all offered games by making consistent table rulings in the best interest of the game
Provide high guest service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S
Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check
Required to stand and walk short distances upwards of two or three hours at a time
Regularly required to see, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
