Responsibilities

Work with whole laboratory specimens to perform a wide range of tests ranging from simple to complex
Apply a combination of manual lab procedures/techniques and state-of-the-art instruments
Participate in various process improvement projects

Qualification

Laboratory proceduresClinical experienceToxicology knowledgeProcess improvementWillingness to learn

Required

Students currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Ability to work full-time during the internship period (June 1 - August 7)
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Interest in gaining experience in clinical and toxicology laboratory environments
Ability to perform a wide range of tests using manual lab procedures and state-of-the-art instruments
Willingness to apply educational background and skills to process improvement projects
